Choice of lawyer
The lawyer is the one who will help you complete the purchase without problems and will represent you where needed. He is the one who will do the research on the property in the Mortgage Office and it is also recommended his presence when reading the contracts.
Choice of notary
This option is necessary, as any real estate transfer must be done in the presence of a notary. The notary does not represent either the buyer or the seller, he is a civil servant and with his own presence the contracts are read, understood and signed. The notary then prepares the draft agreement and is responsible for certifying and recording the transaction in the public registers so that the buyer can obtain a notarial deed for the property.
