Why Greece?

But what is a Golden Visa?
Each state that implements the golden visa program exchanges one would say free entry into the country and in some cases citizenship by buying a property or making another type of investment within its borders. In the case of Greece, investor citizens of third countries can acquire a property within Greece worth 250,000 euros and thus "buy" together the entry permit to our country and consequently to Europe for five years. The Greek program does not require investors to stay in the country unless they want to obtain Greek citizenship where they will have to live here for at least seven years.
