1) Sales information for sellers

2) ENFIA Certificate for the last 5 years, with the reason "transfer of property with a burdensome cause" (will be issued by the accountant). It will be issued separately for each horizontal property (apartment-garage-warehouse) if & if and separately for each seller

3) From the Cadastral Office a copy of the cadastral sheet and an extract of the cadastral diagram for all 3 horizontal properties (apartment-garage-warehouse), if & if

4) Certificate from an engineer according to Law 4178/2013 (one for each horizontal property) from which it results that there are no arbitrary constructions or changes of use or that they have been settled.

In case there are arbitrary constructions or changes of use regulated by Law 4178/2013, the floor plan with the arrangements outlined is also needed.

5) Energy Efficiency Certificate for the apartment (PEA) -Copy of urban planning permit-Electronic Identity (mandatory from 01.01.2021)

6) Repayment deed

7) Parental Benefit (if & if)

8) TAP from the Municipality (last PPC bill paid or paper from HEDNO termination-contract-engineer certificate, E9-not all Municipalities request it, in order to make a "crossroads" sqm)
